In our storage tanks Biphenyl Product tank [901-TK-027] & Terphenyl Product tank [901-TK-28], we are facing issues with Emergency Vent cover[901-ERV-027] & Breather valve [901-PVRV-027].
The Emergency vent cover pops up within 100 mmWC while its set pressure is 150 mmWC and process crystalizes & cause continues passing.
While Breather valves is not even passing and popping up. During overhauling, we observed the process crystallization as per attached overhauling report.
To prevent the crystallization of process in the valve seats during operation, we provided electrical heat tracing cable over the valve bodies. But not effective.

So please check whether you can propose any suitable Breather valve and Emergency Vent cover for our process material Biphenyl with melting point 70 Deg C and Terphenyl with Melting point 180-200 Deg C
