Please provide a quote for a deflagration flame arrester for the following flow:
Flow max: 55.000 Nm3/h
Temperature max: 50°C
Pressure: Atmospheric (+/- 10 mbar)
Fluid: Air with following VOCs, non corrosive, dry.
• Toluene
• MEK
• PM-Acetate (propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate)
• Isopropanol (IPA)
• n-Butyl Acetate
• Ethyl Acetate
Proportion of the mixture of solvents will vary in time, please consider worst case for design.
VOC concentration 0 - 100 g/Nm3
Installation site: Germany
Source of ignition: Thermal oxidizer located approx 5 m duct length from the valve.
